Bending of steel monorail beam of beam bending machine
The beam is usually bent to produce a curved steel monorail, which is used for material transportation in factories and warehouses. Most commonly, the beam is bent in a "convenient way", that is, by the weak axis or the yy axis. Usually, a trolley with a hoist is suspended under the beam. Such transportation systems are installed in new and existing factories. The person who ordered the beam bending may be an engineer or a repair technician.
In addition to simply bending these steel profiles, it is often necessary to bend the beam to form an offset. Although the radius and straightness between radians and bends are specified, customers usually need the ends of the straight lines to be parallel and the offset distance to be kept within a given tolerance range.
Reverse curve monorail
Beam bending also bends the beam "hard", that is, offset from the strong axis or xx axis. These difficult curves can change the elevation angle of the monorail system, but such simple curves are rarer than simple offsets.
